On April 30, 2025, the construction site of Storybook Villas on Reynolds Mountain, Asheville, NC, came alive with excitement as we hosted a Hard Hat Tour for realtors and prospective homeowners. This event offered an exclusive sneak peek into the vision and progress of these thoughtfully designed townhome villas. We were thrilled to share the experience with an incredible group of realtors, team members, and partners who made the day truly memorable.

Exploring the Vision of Storybook Villas
The tour offered a firsthand look at the construction site, where guests could see the groundwork of a developed designed to embrace the gentle slopes of Reynolds Mountain. A highlight was the walk-through, which showcased the site’s strategic layout to maximize panoramic views, including long-range vistas of Mt. Pisgah. These views are a cornerstone of the villas’ appeal, ensuring residents will feel connected to the stunning natural surroundings.
Guests also experienced a hands-on review of the virtual tour created by Beyond Blueprint. This immersive tool allowed participants to visualize the lock-and-go lifestyle that Storybook Villas embodies, with features like a master suite on the main floor and versatile additional rooms on other levels. The design prioritizes both functionality and elegance, catering to homeowners seeking ease without sacrificing style.
A Delicious Spread and Memorable Keepsakes
A big Thank You to The Village Porch for their hearty buffet of sandwiches, salads, sides, and cookies. As a token of appreciation, each guest received a Storybook Villas hard hat, inviting them to return and witness the progress—perhaps during the October 2025 Parade of Homes, when a finished villa will be ready to showcase.
