Storybook Villas will be part of the 2025 WNC Parade of Homes as a featured in-person tour!

Ever October, the WNC Parade of Homes features builders from across the region in a showcase of their new homes and offer inspiration of what mountain living is like here in Western North Carolina. The parade features new and remodeled homes across Western North.  There is no fee to visit homes in person and many homes are also available as virtual tours.  It’s a beautiful time when fall leaves peak to view what makes WNC so special.

We are planning some special events for Storybook Villas along with meet and greet of the Storybook Villas team: the Developer, Harold Kessler and the Buchanan Construction team along with Pam Davis, Keller Williams realtor. Be sure to sign up below to stay informed!

NOTE: If you’re visiting Asheville anytime, you can request a private tour during construction and you can also take a tour of a finished villa from phase 1 to give you a sense of the quality and layouts.  Click to Request a Tour
